Terms of Service
The terms for using Parsnip, operated by Oxford Comma Digital.
Last updated: 13 June 2026.
The service
Parsnip crawls and analyses websites and produces SEO recommendations, content briefs and draft copy. By using it you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
- Only analyse websites you own or have the owner's permission to analyse.
- Connect only Google Search Console properties you are authorised to access.
- Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or overload third-party sites.
Recommendations and AI-generated content
Parsnip's analysis and recommendations are advisory; rankings and traffic outcomes are not guaranteed. AI-generated briefs and copy are a starting point that requires human review — review and edit anything before you publish it. Publishing unedited AI content is at your own risk and can harm your site's performance.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of the sites, data and content you bring to Parsnip. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Availability, liability & changes
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Oxford Comma Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
